How to Apply
1. Start a Conversation
Inquire, and we’ll set up a time to connect.
2. Visit Our School
Get a feel for daily life at MWS during a tour, open house, or other admissions event.
3. Submit an Application
Apply: Create a parent account and take the next step!
4. Attend a Family Interview with your teacher and plan your Student Visit
Meet with your child’s teacher and plan for your child to visit their classroom.
5. Enrollment Decision
We'll notify you via email and guide you through the final steps.
Admissions Dates & Deadlines

Enrollment applications open for 2027-2028 school year.
Tuition Assistance applications open for 2027- 2028 school year.
February 5, 2027
Deadline to submit enrollment applications.
Deadline to submit Tuition Assistance and Scholarship applications.
March 11, 2027
First round of acceptance letters sent. If we are unable to offer your child placement, s/he will be added to our unranked waiting pool. You will be promptly notified if a spot becomes available. If we can’t place your child for the upcoming school year, your application and fee will be valid for the following school year.
March 18, 2027
Deadline to return completed enrollment contracts for the 2027-2028 school year.
May 1, 2027
Deadline to withdraw from enrollment contract without further financial obligation beyond non-refundable enrollment fee.

Priority deadline to return Tuition Assistance applications for the 2027-2028 school year.
February 26, 2027
Tuition Assistance decisions shared with families.
Re-enrollment contracts for the 2027-2028 school year released.
March 5, 2027
Priority deadline for re-enrollment contracts to be returned for a $250 re-enrollment credit.
May 1, 2027
Deadline to withdraw from enrollment contract without further financial obligation beyond non-refundable Enrollment Fee.
June-April
Tuition collection period – additional payment plans available.
