A sixth grade history lesson

Ancient Rome Comes to Life in the classroom

Studying ancient Rome and the Middle Ages is a traditional part of the 6th grade Waldorf curriculum. This year, our 6th graders brought Rome to life for their classmates with research projects and presentations on the history and culture of the ancient city.

As always, Marin Waldorf School middle schoolers have the opportunity to connect more deeply with history and social studies through creative work, independent projects, and oral presentations that bring the material to life! See more pictures of the 6th grades amazing work here. 6th graders also connected with the art of ancient Rome by making their own mosaic pieces.
